DUAL appoints Mark Smith as director of corporate development

DUAL, the underwriting arm of the Hyperion Insurance Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Smith as Director of Corporate Development, based in London.

Smith has over 20 years' banking experience, including 16 years at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and 5 years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, where he was an MD in the investment bank and head of European Equity Capital Markets.
